 Our Christmas celebration started with series of events , one of which was the celebration with the children and youth of The Salvation Army rehabilitation for the physically impaired centre in Benin. The people were so happy when we arrived, they were overjoyed to see father Christmas. since it was very difficult to go to place where they can see him.Father Christmas later gave gifts to very one present. There was a lot to eat and drink. The Executive director of Action for Community Development Sam Ajufoh who was present in person said that the party became necessary because it is part of our programs lined up for the year and it is under one of our thematic areas of youth empowerment .According to him it is very important to celebrate with persons living with disabilities to give them a sense of belonging and to let them know that they are loved.OUR CHRISTMAS STORY
